Isn’t the best part of your To Do list the checking off of the completed items? It is mine. I’ve been known to add things to my To Do list that are already done just for the satisfaction of being able to check them off. Scratches some itch I’ve got.
So, when fellow Penelope Tammy emailed me about the FeelGood List, I was in love! It’s a customized life check list. It’s made just for you! And there are so many things to check off each day. Love.
Here’s what its creator, Up Up Creative, says about it:
“You buy, I email you a form to fill out and send back to me, I make your list, you get the final PDF file to print as many times as you’d like. Forever.”
Read her list closely by clicking on the image. It’s so cool. And it’s so cute.
I’d love to hear what items you add to your Custom FeelGood List.

What a cute idea! I love checking items off my to-do list.
I would add “have the husband give me a massage” and “eat a handful of my daughter’s teddy grahams”
I LOVE this!! I too am guilty of writing something I’ve just done on my list, just so I can cross it out!
Let’s see, I would definitely have to add “get a pedicure,” and/or “enjoy a leisurely cup of coffee.”
Oh my! I want!!! Heading over there now! Have you read “The Happiness Project” yet?
ha glad i’m not the only one who adds completed items for the satisfaction! p.s. inspired by your post a couple of months ago, i finally got round to cleaning my mac keyboard last night. wowser. i knew it was a bit grubby but eew, it was waaaay worse than i anticipated. it now looks amazing! thanks!
This is darling – I’d have to add floss my teeth.
@Bethany: I did read “The Happiness Project”. Loved it. I wrote about it here: http://penelopeloveslists.com/organize/an-exceedingly-happy-giveaway/
@Rose: congrats on your shiny new keyboard. Feels great, right?
Love this idea such a great idea and one that we can all use!
I love this idea! It’s a great idea for making sure we don’t get so busy we forget to take time for ourselves. I’d, of course, add knit to my thrice/4x weekly list. For my everyday list, I’d have to add, “Drink a cup of coffee in complete peace and quiet” and “Chat with God.” This always helps me start my day off calmly and enjoyably instead of starting with chaos.
I love this!!! Gotta have one!
totally cute. love the idea. i’d urgently need one right now. i’m drowning in my own chaos right now and i don’t have the energy to get out of it without lists. this one would be a good start.
I love Up Up Creative and this to do list is fabulous! What a clever, useful and beautiful idea.
This is such a cool idea!!! So creative – how fun it would be, maybe I could actually get things done off my to do list this way
Nice. I actually already have something like this in my planner. It’s a printed out spreadsheet – with the days along the side and the tasks along the top. The idea is to be able to put a check mark in all the squares. That doesn’t usually happen, but it’s still nice to be able to check MOST of them off. Here is what I have on there:
-Get enough sleep AND get up early
-Brush twice and floss
-Exercise
-Feel cute (as in, don’t dress sloppily; feel confident in how I look)
-Food diary
-Quality time with quality people
-Help someone
-Stick to my budget
-Get stuff done
-Evening tidy up
-Journal
-Read
-Take all my pills
