Genius. Simply genius! Who knew such a thing existed? I have to admit that I frequently go get in the shower to think about things. There’s a lot of peace and quiet in there. Sometimes, when I can deal with the morning yet, I’ll just go SIT in the shower…with my coffee. Yes, it can be done with out splashing shower water in your coffee. It’s all about how you position the nozzle.

I’ve written about the Aqua Notes before too! I haven’t actually tried them but the idea is fabulous! I do some of my best thinking in the shower. No kids, no interruptions – my mind goes wild. But usually as soon as I shot the water off someone comes running in for something and those ideas leave as quick as they came!
I am always using the voice recorder in the car!

I get my “lightbulb moments” in the car, too. Funny, I never thought about using the voice notes app on my iPhone for that purpose, but I’m totally going to do it now!

Too true, Gayle. I find that I’m not as creative in bed as in the shower. But, I do often lay awake at night making mental lists in bed when my head just keeps spinning.

I’m going to start keeping a notebook by my bed to jot that stuff down. Maybe that’ll help me get back to sleep quicker. Good tip!

That makes sense. I often get creative in the shower. I like to create lists in the shower. I also work at home, but believe it or not, the best place for me to get my creative juices flowing (I’m a freelance writer/scrptwriter) is in bed. I keep a notebook at the side of my bed. I have to check out that AquaNotes.
