“There is only love.”
It’s a mantra I found in The Happiness Project and that I now repeat in my head when things get stressful or I get irritated with someone I love.
Fight with my husband over something stupid? There is only love.
Worried about how something is going to turn out? There is only love.
Irritated because my kid did something I didn’t want him to do? There is only love.
Try it. Repeat it over and over. Focus on it. It will release your irritation and remind you of what’s important. It boils it all down. It all comes down to this.
