Are you guys fascinated by what people eat every day? Like, their actual, normal, daily menus? I am.
And I thought it was just me being nosy until I started asking other Penelopes and they said they love this stuff, too. So, every once in a while, we’ll rope a Penelope into telling us what she actually eats on a normal day.
First up for “What I Eat”, Penelope contributor, Angela. Ange is very careful with her meals and inspires me every day to eat clean. Part of this is because she just feels better when she’s eating well. But part of it is that she has Type 1 Diabetes, so her need to be on the right side of the food law ALL THE TIME is even higher than for the rest of us.
But, as you can see, she embraces moderation in a healthy way and indulges when she gets the best bang for her “cheat buck”.
